1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP AND OPERATION OF THE GRAND CASINO LIPICA PLAYERS C1. General Provisions
The Grand Casino Lipica Players Club is a loyalty program in which users of the services of Casino Portorož d.d., Grand Casino Lipica unit (hereinafter: “member(s)”) accumulate points in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Points can be redeemed for goods and services at the Grand Casino Lipica. Point redemption represents a discount or other benefits. A higher number of points results in greater benefits.
Members of the program may also participate in other active promotions.
The program manager is Casino Portorož d.d., Obala 75a, 6320 Portorož, Grand Casino Lipica unit (hereinafter: “manager”).
With the entry into force of these General Terms and Conditions, the previous loyalty club conditions cease to apply.
2. Membership
To participate in the Grand Casino Lipica Players Club loyalty program, it is necessary to become a club member, which can be done upon entering Grand Casino Lipica. Upon registration, the member receives a Grand Casino Players Club card (hereinafter: “club card”), which may be used in accordance with these conditions.
The club card becomes active upon collection and activation at the reception desk.
Membership in the Grand Casino Lipica Players Club is voluntary and free of charge. Each member has the right to withdraw at any time by returning the club card. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing, and the manager reserves the right to verify the member’s identity.
Any natural person entering Grand Casino Lipica who meets the following conditions may become a member:

is at least 18 years old;

is not subject to a self-exclusion from gambling under the Slovenian Gambling Act (Official Gazette RS No. 27/1995 with amendments);

is not subject to a ban on entry to the manager’s casinos;
-
is not an employee of the manager or of its contractual partner involved in the loyalty program, nor working for it on any other legal basis (cooperation contract, student work, etc.).
3. Levels of the Grand Casino Lipica Players Club
The Grand Casino Lipica Players Club has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP Exclusive and Chairman.
Progression from one level to another is based on the number of accumulated points:

Bronze – required annual points: 0

Silver – required annual points: 4,000

Gold – required annual points: 15,000

VIP Exclusive – required annual points: 40,000

Chairman – by decision of the manager’s management
Upgrading to a higher level occurs automatically upon reaching the required threshold or by management decision. Upgrades to the VIP Exclusive and Chairman levels are handled manually. Access to the Chairman level is by invitation from management only.
Retention or downgrade of a level is verified once per year or by management decision.
The point-collection period for level progression is one year from the date of registration. Points accumulated more than one year ago are no longer counted.
4. Accumulation and Use of Points and Benefits
Members accumulate points by playing slot machines, electronic roulette, live games, and by paying in cash in the bars and restaurants of Grand Casino Lipica.
At slot machines and electronic roulette, the player inserts the club card into the slot so that the play is recorded.
In live games, the member hands the card to the croupier or table inspector.
Points earned are recorded on the club card.
In the event of technical malfunctions, point accumulation or redemption may be interrupted or suspended.
The manager reserves the right to unilaterally correct point balances in the event of system malfunction, errors, or attempted fraud.
Members subject to self-exclusion or an entry ban may not accumulate or use points during that period. After the ban expires, all still-valid points may be used.
The manager is not responsible for points not recorded due to incorrect use of the card.

Cash payments in bars and restaurants

Points are not convertible into cash.
Point Redemption
Members may redeem points for free play or for discounts on goods and services in bars, restaurants, hotels, or for items displayed in the showcase.
Usage limits may vary by club level.
Price lists and conversion tables are publicly available in the casino and on the manager’s website.
The manager does not cover any costs resulting from unused points.

Food & Beverage Services
Members are entitled to free drinks at the bar (coffee, water, juices, draft beer, house wine).
Depending on club level, members enjoy different discounts when paying in cash or using points in bars and restaurants.
Discounts do not apply to already discounted products.

Only one showcase item may be redeemed per day.
5. Other Important Information for Members
The manager reserves the right to suspend membership or benefits for members who attempt to abuse the card (e.g., using another person’s card, accumulating points during another person’s play, etc.).
Membership, the card, points, and benefits are personal and non-transferable.
The manager is not responsible for any misuse of the card.
In case of theft or loss, the member must immediately inform the manager at casinoplayersclub@casino.si.
The card will be deactivated within 48 hours.
Information is available in the casino, on the website www.casinoji.si, or via email.
6. Termination of Membership
Membership in the Grand Casino Lipica Players Club ends:

upon the member’s death;
-
upon written request for withdrawal;
-
in case of card abuse or violation of these conditions;
-
in case of violation of internal regulations;
-
if the manager decides to close the program.
Upon termination of membership, all unused points and benefits are deleted and are not transferable to heirs.
7. Personal Data Protection
Upon the first entry to Grand Casino Lipica, the member is informed about these conditions (available on www.casinoji.si and at receptions) and gives consent for the processing of personal data for membership purposes, accepting the manager’s privacy policy.
If the member has provided an email address or mobile phone number, the manager may use it to send personalized offers based on age, gender, and region.
Type and Purpose of Processing
Through use of the card, data related to gaming and benefits are recorded in order to:

provide membership benefits;

inform about available benefits;
-
send personalized offers and promotions;
-
analyze gaming habits;
-
verify compliance with these conditions;
-
communicate technical or legal matters.
Consent is considered automatic upon registration.
Right to Object and Data Updates
The member may object to data processing at any time:

in writing to Casino Portorož d.d., Obala 75a, 6320 Portorož,

by email to dpo@casino.si,

via SMS with the text “CL STOP” (Lipica) or “CP STOP” (Portorož) to number 4246 or +38640500202 (from abroad),

or by clicking the link in received messages.
Changes will be implemented within 15 days.
Data Recipients
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except:

to public authorities upon justified request;
-
to contracted third parties (affiliated companies, printing services, etc.) under the manager’s control.
Data Retention
Data is stored for the entire duration of membership.
In case of withdrawal, the data is blocked and no longer used.
If the card is revoked, data is stored for a maximum of one year.
Data Subject Rights
The member may request access, restriction, or portability of their data by writing to the manager or emailing dpo@casino.si.

The Data Protection Officer is reachable at dpo@casino.si.
8. Dispute Resolution
The manager does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent under Slovenian law.
9. Final Provisions
These conditions are available in the casino.
Upon request, the manager will provide them to the member at any time during membership.
The manager reserves the right to amend these conditions.
Members will be informed on the website and in the casinos.
If the member does not withdraw within 15 days of publication of the amendments, they are considered accepted and binding.
